Do you usually feel like you have to break out the rubber gloves and mask to prepare yourself for the overwhelming bleach-y scent when you're cleaning your home? I do! Well, part of that may be so I don't ruin my manicure, but sometimes the scent of the cleaners I use are pretty strong. And since I like to try to keep things clean, and find myself wiping up after the others at home, I decided I'd take one minute to make my own all-purpose spray. Full disclosure: I also already made a glass cleaner, and it was so ridiculously easy, I sort of felt like I had to take the next step. Now this is what I use for the quick clean on my kitchen counters and in the bathrooms! Try it!
All you need:
16 oz. glass spray bottle
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 3/4 cups water
35 drops essential oil (I likeOnGuard, Grapefruit, Peppermint, Lavender and Lemon - see some recommended combos below)
How easy it is:
Add it all to the spray bottle and shake. Ta da!
15 drops Lavender and 20 drops Lemon
15 drops Grapefruit and 20 drops OnGuard
